Station is a local-first agent workspace from Kontour AI LLC. This page is the support URL the app store listings point at.

Email hello@kontourai.io. Include the app version (from Station's about or settings surface), the device OS version, and what you were trying to do.
There is no in-app ticket system and no Kontour-operated Station host you sign into. The app talks to a Station you run.
What the app can collect, and the conditions under which anything leaves the device, are listed at /privacy/station/.
Station's data is on your machine. Remove the app, or clear its home directory, and the local copy is gone. If you configured an endpoint that received telemetry or diagnostics, that store is yours or your operator's to clear.
Questions about this website, not the app, belong on the same address. The site's own collection policy is at /privacy/.
